Google way of working

I read in Times magazine article "In search of the real google" that every employee of Google is meant to divide his or her time in three parts: 70% devoted to Google's core businesses, search and advertising; 20% on pursuits related to the core; and 10% on far-out ideas.

It is pretty interesting strategy. I especially liked the 10% innovation or out of the box thinking. Today's world need this approach to solve new problems.
